Service providers and data location

This page lists the service providers that Campulse Insight Corp. ("we") engages to provide Kemai (the "Service"). This page is part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; the service providers they refer to are the ones listed here.
Our commitment
None of the service providers we choose is a company of the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong and Macau), and no data is stored in those regions. We will announce any change of service provider on this page in advance.
A "company of the People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong and Macau)" means a company incorporated in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong or Macau, or controlled by a government or company there. We will announce any new or replaced service provider on this page, and update the date, at least 30 days before the change takes effect; changes that materially affect your rights will also be emailed to workspace owners.
Providers that store or process Service data
The following providers store or process your account data, workspace data or files:

When you upload or download a file, the connection passes through the Cloudflare network location nearest to you, which only relays the file and does not store it.
Attachments and backups are stored encrypted by the providers; database backups are also encrypted with our own key before upload, so the providers cannot read their contents.

Some add-ons, once released, will connect to third-party services (such as LINE Official Account). Before a workspace can enable such an add-on, we will list the corresponding provider on this page, and the commitment above applies to it as well.
