Billing details
- Prices are in New Taiwan dollars and renew monthly; only monthly billing is available for now.
- Subscriptions are managed by Recur and cards processed by PAYUNi; Kemai never stores card numbers.
- A Taiwan cloud e-invoice is issued automatically after each payment, with your company tax ID or saved to a carrier.
- Cancel any time under Plans & add-ons; you keep access until the end of the period.
- With several workspaces, each workspace subscribes separately.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Core features are free — sign up with email or Google, create a workspace and start. You only pay for add-on modules.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually a few minutes. With email sign-up you confirm your address first; then enter your company name and workspace URL and you're in.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Kemai is a responsive web app that works in phone and tablet browsers — no app to install.
Can one account have several workspaces?
Yes. You can join multiple workspaces and create up to 5 of your own, and switch between them after logging in.
How can I log in?
Email and password, a sign-in link sent to your inbox, or your Google account.
