Kemai is a cloud CRM (customer relationship management system) built by Campulse Insight Corp. for small businesses, startups and teams in Taiwan. Companies, contacts, a deal board, activity timelines and tasks live in one workspace in your browser, and the core features are free.

Small businesses, startups, student teams, incubators and innovation centers, plus consultancies, rental property owners, e-commerce sellers and web agencies. Each industry adapts Kemai with custom fields and pipeline stages — no implementation consultant needed.

Spreadsheets are fine for lists, but follow-ups, tasks and permissions are hard to manage. Kemai keeps each customer's contacts, deals, activity and tasks on one page, moves deals on a drag-and-drop board, lists due tasks on the overview and limits what teammates can see by role. You can still export to CSV whenever you need.

Kemai is built for teams in Taiwan: a Traditional Chinese interface with Taiwanese terminology, monthly billing in NT$, pricing per workspace rather than per seat and an e-invoice issued automatically after each payment. Companies have a tax ID field, and a LINE Official Account integration is planned.

No. Core features are free — sign up with email or Google, create a workspace and start. You only pay for add-on modules.

Usually a few minutes. With email sign-up you confirm your address first; then enter your company name and workspace URL and you're in.

Yes. Kemai is a responsive web app that works in phone and tablet browsers — no app to install.

Yes. You can join multiple workspaces and create up to 5 of your own, and switch between them after logging in.

Yes. Companies and contacts, the deal board, activities, tasks, tags, custom fields, table and saved views, and global search are free in every workspace with no trial limit.

Monthly per workspace, not per seat. Quotes are NT$299/month (14-day trial) and custom domains NT$149/month.

The workspace owner subscribes by credit card under Plans & add-ons. Cancel any time; the module stays on until the end of the period.

Yes. A Taiwan cloud e-invoice is issued automatically after each payment — no need to request one. Add your company tax ID for expense claims, or save it to a carrier such as a mobile barcode.

Not right away. Data is kept for 90 days after a module is turned off, and turning it back on restores it. It's only deleted after 90 days.

No. Each workspace's data is isolated by PostgreSQL row-level security, and isolation tests run automatically before every release.

Yes. There are four roles — owner, admin, member and viewer. Viewers can only look, members edit customer data, and admins manage members and field settings.

No. Payments are handled by Recur and PAYUNi; Kemai never handles or stores full card numbers.

Yes. Admins can add custom fields to companies, contacts and deals — like lease end dates, cohorts or contract values — and customize pipeline stages.

Turn on the Custom domain module, enter your domain and add the CNAME and TXT records shown. HTTPS is enabled automatically once verified.
